I'm Abby, a product design leader based in Atlanta, currently at Kettle.

I've spent the last decade designing digital products across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms for brands like T-Mobile, Verizon, and UPS. I lead teams but I also still do the work: strategy decks, Figma files, late-stage problem solving with engineers. More recently I've been deep in AI experience design, mostly conversational UI and chatbot architecture.

I come from visual design and branding, and craft still drives a lot of how I work.

When I close my laptop, I'm usually shooting film, making riso prints, or trying to get outdoors.
